Tracking codes sourced from Theadx data services are embedded within our clients' websites. These codes facilitate the placement of cookies on your web browser. Theadx cookies do not store any personally identifiable data, such as your name, surname, or phone number.

THEADX uses the information collected on the platform to provide services to clients, primarily to operate, manage, maintain, and develop the Platform. THEADX allows customers to collect, purchase, and sell non-PII data collected via cookies, such as URLs visited, by adding pixel codes to customers’ websites. They may use this data for retargeting campaigns. All visitors from the EEA can block these cookies. Sometimes THEADX staff provides "hands-on" assistance to clients using the platform for these purposes, such as helping clients structure ad campaigns to best meet their goals. THEADX uses generally accepted industry security standards to protect the data on the Platform. Platform Data is generally collected or deleted within 30-60 days, but may be retained on the platform for up to 18 months from the date of collection before deletion. Collected data is used for reporting and analysis and may be retained on the platform for up to 540 days. When customers remove their data from the Platform, its storage and retention are subject to their own privacy policies and applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
